• 노래는 AI로 만든 가상 목소리예요. 두 분의 실제 목소리가 아니고, 두 분 목소리를 흉내 내지도 않아요. 두 분이 남녀면 두 목소리가 주고받는 듀엣으로 만들어요.The song uses AI virtual voices, not your real voices, and does not imitate them. If you are a man and a woman, it is a duet of two voices.
• 같은 성별 두 분(엄마·딸, 아빠·아들, 같은 성별 커플)은 지금은 한 목소리로 만들고, 1절·2절 첫 줄에서 누구의 기억인지 알 수 있게 써요. 가격은 같아요.For two people of the same gender (mother and daughter, father and son, a same-gender couple) we use one voice for now, and the first line of each verse tells whose memory it is. The price is the same.
• 영상은 1920x1080 가사 영상이에요. 왼쪽에 캐릭터 애니, 오른쪽에 가사가 흘러요. 장면은 7개(한 분의 기억 3장면, 다른 분의 기억 3장면, 두 분이 만나는 1장면)이고, 후렴마다 두 분이 나란히 있는 장면이 돌아와요. 장면은 답을 바탕으로 분위기를 살려 AI로 그려서 답 그대로의 장면이 아닐 수 있어요.The video is a 1920x1080 lyric video: character animation on the left, lyrics on the right. There are 7 scenes (3 from one person's memories, 3 from the other's, and 1 where you meet), and the scene of you two side by side comes back with every chorus. Scenes are drawn by AI from the mood of your answers, so they may not match them exactly.
• 노래와 영상은 AI 도구로 만들어요. 가사도 AI 도구의 도움을 받아 쓰고, 순비스튜디오가 확인하고 다듬어요.The song and video are made with AI tools. The lyrics are also written with the help of AI tools, then checked and polished by soonbi studio.

커플판과 부모·자녀판이 있고, 부모·자녀판은 역할에 맞게 말만 바꿔 같은 질문을 드려요.There is a couple version and a parent-and-child version; the parent-and-child version asks the same questions in words that fit each role.

진행 순서How it works

1. 주문하시는 분이 주문서에서 질문 5개에 답하고 한 번에 결제해요.You answer the 5 questions on the order form and pay in full.
2. 함께하실 분의 동의를 받아요. 링크를 카톡 등으로 전해 드리면 그분이 링크에서 동의하시고(직접 답하셔도 돼요), 링크를 열기 어려우시면 순비스튜디오의 확인 담당자가 전화로 동의를 확인해요. 동의 전에는 그분 답·사진을 받지 않아요.We get the other person's consent. You send them the link (KakaoTalk etc.) and they agree there (they may also answer themselves); if opening a link is hard for them, our confirmer confirms their consent by phone. We take none of their answers or photos before that.
3. 그분이 동의하시면 그분이 직접 답하시거나, 주문하신 분이 [답 올리기] 화면에서 그분이 말해 주신 답 5개(사진에 동의하셨다면 그분만 나온 사진도)를 올려요. 동의 기한은 결제 확인 후 7일이에요.Once they agree, they answer themselves, or you upload the 5 answers they told you (and a photo of them alone, if they agreed) on the [Upload answers] page. They have 7 days from the payment confirmation to agree.
4. 두 분의 답으로 가사를 쓰고, 캐릭터 그림을 먼저 보여 드린 뒤 노래와 7장면 영상을 만들어요. 두 분의 답이 모두 도착한 때부터 영업일 기준 3~4일 안에 전달해요(그림 승인 답을 기다리는 시간은 빼고 세요).We write the lyrics from both answers, show you the character illustration first, then make the song and the 7-scene video, within 3-4 business days after both answers arrive (waiting for your reply on the illustration is not counted).
5. 주문하신 분께 전용 듣기 링크로 보내 드려요. 함께하신 분께는 주문하신 분이 들려주시면 돼요. 수정은 노래·영상 합쳐 2회까지예요.We send it to you through a private listening link; you share it with the other person. Up to 2 revisions (song and video together).

꼭 알아 두세요Good to know

• 두 분 모두 만 14세 이상이어야 해요.Both of you must be 14 or older.
• 얼굴 사진으로 캐릭터를 만들고 싶으시면 주문하신 분은 주문 뒤 사진 폼으로, 함께하실 분 사진은 그분이 사진에 동의하신 뒤 그분이 직접 또는 주문하신 분이 대신 올려 주세요(그분만 나온 사진). 사진은 해외 AI 서비스(Google Gemini)로 보내지니 각자 따로 동의해요. 사진을 올리지 않으면 Soon·Bi 캐릭터로 만들고 가격은 같아요. 전화로 동의한 곡은 채널에 올리지 않아요.For characters from photos: you send yours on the photo form after ordering; the other person's photo is uploaded, after they agree to it, by them or by you for them (a photo of them alone). Photos go to an overseas AI service (Google Gemini), so each person agrees separately. Without a photo we use the Soon & Bi characters at the same price. Songs agreed by phone are not posted on our channel.
• 함께하실 분이 동의하지 않거나 7일 안에 동의가 확인되지 않으면: 기한 1회 연장(7일) / 「노래 + 캐릭터 영상 패키지」(사연으로 가사까지, 59,900원)로 바꾸고 차액 10,000원 돌려받기 / 전액 환불 중에서 고르실 수 있어요. 알림 후 3일 안에 고르지 않으시면 전액 환불해 드려요. 저희는 그분의 답 없이 그분의 기억을 지어 만들지 않아요.If the other person does not agree, or their consent is not confirmed within 7 days, you choose: extend once by 7 days / switch to the Song + Character Video Package (Your Story, 59,900 won) and get the 10,000 won difference back / full refund. If you do not choose within 3 days of being told, we refund in full. We never make up their memories without their answers.
• 함께하실 분의 답을 기다리는 동안과 캐릭터 그림을 승인하기 전에는 언제든 전액 환불, 그림 승인 후 전달 전에는 결제 금액의 50% 환불, 전달 후에는 환불 대신 수정 2회예요(이용약관 제8조의5, 환불 규정 5-6).While we wait for the other person and before you approve the illustration: full refund at any time; after approval but before delivery: 50%; after delivery: 2 revisions instead of a refund (Terms 8-5, Refund Policy 5-6).
