가격이 얼마예요?How much does it cost?
노래만: 가사 직접 제공 19,900원, 사연으로 가사까지 29,900원. 노래 + 캐릭터 영상: 49,900원 / 59,900원. 본인 목소리 옵션은 +20,000원. 모두 부가세 포함이고, 주문할 때 한 번에 결제해요.Song only: Your Lyrics ₩19,900, Your Story ₩29,900. Song + character video: ₩49,900 / ₩59,900. Own-voice option +₩20,000. VAT included, paid once when you order (charged in KRW).
얼마나 걸려요? 주말에도 만들어요?How long does it take? Do you work on weekends?
노래는 결제 확인 후 영업일 기준 1~2일, 본인 목소리·캐릭터 영상은 영업일 기준 2~3일이에요. 영업일은 토·일·공휴일을 뺀 평일이고, 18시 뒤나 휴일에 결제하면 다음 영업일이 1일째예요. 예: 금요일 밤 결제 → 월요일이 1일째 → 화요일 18시까지 전달.Songs: 1-2 business days after payment; own voice or character video: 2-3 business days. Business days are weekdays (no weekends or Korean holidays). If you pay after 18:00 KST or on a day off, day 1 is the next business day. Example: paid Friday night → Monday is day 1 → delivered by Tuesday 18:00.
약속한 기간 안에 못 받으면요?What if it is late?
저희 사정으로 영업일 기준 기간 안에 전달하지 못하면 전액 환불해 드려요.If we miss the promised business-day delivery time for our own reasons, you get a full refund.
환불은 어떻게 돼요?What is the refund policy?
제작 시작 전에는 전액, 제작 시작 후 완성곡 전달 전에는 50%를 돌려드려요. 전달 후에는 맞춤 제작 상품이라 단순 변심 환불 대신 수정 2회로 도와드려요. 자세한 내용은 환불 규정(/refund/)을 봐 주세요.Full refund before production starts, 50% after it starts but before delivery. 수정은 몇 번 돼요?How many revisions?
완성곡을 받은 뒤 듣기 링크에서 2회까지 요청할 수 있어요(가사 일부, 분위기·빠르기, 다시 만들기). 장르·보컬 성별·언어를 바꾸거나 가사 전체를 바꾸면 새 주문이에요.Up to 2 on your listening page (part of the lyrics, mood or tempo, a remake). Changing genre, vocal gender, language or all the lyrics counts as a new order.
결혼식 축가로 써도 돼요?Can we use it as a wedding song?
네. 결혼식장에서 틀거나 영상에 넣는 것 모두 개인적인 이용이라 괜찮아요. 주문서 용도에서 "축가"를 고르고 희망 마감일을 적어 주세요. 날짜가 촉박하면 미리 연락드려요.Yes. Playing it at the wedding or putting it in your wedding video is personal use. Choose "Wedding song" on the form and set your deadline; if it is tight we contact you first.
AI로 만드는 거예요?Is it made with AI?
네. AI가 노래를 만들고, 순비 전용 AI 프로그램이 다듬고, 마지막에 사람이 직접 들어 보고 검수해요. AI 제작곡이라 저작권 등록은 되지 않고, 저작권 독점도 보장할 수 없어요.Yes. AI makes the song, our own soonbi AI tools polish it, and a real person listens and checks it at the end. Because it is AI-made, it cannot be registered for copyright and exclusive rights cannot be guaranteed.
제 목소리로 만들 수 있어요? 다른 사람 목소리는요?Can you use my voice? Someone else's?
본인 목소리 옵션(+20,000원)으로 주문하신 분 본인의 목소리로 만들어요. 결제 뒤 본인 노래 녹음 2~5개를 올려 주시면 돼요. 다른 사람(가족·친구·연예인 등)의 목소리로 만들어 달라는 주문은 받지 않아요.With the own-voice option (+₩20,000) we make it in the orderer's own voice from 2-5 recordings you upload after payment. We do not accept orders to use anyone else's voice (family, friends, celebrities and so on).
가게 로고송으로 써도 돼요? 어디까지 돼요?Can I use it as a jingle for my shop?
주문서 용도에서 "가게 홍보"를 고르면 그 가게의 매장 안 배경음악, 가게 SNS·홈페이지, 가게 광고 영상에 쓸 수 있어요. 노래 자체를 파는 것(재판매), 음원 사이트·유통사 등록, 저작권·콘텐츠 ID 등록은 안 돼요. 그 밖의 상업 이용은 따로 문의해 주세요.Choose "Shop promotion" on the form and you may play it in that shop, use it on the shop's social media and website, and in the shop's ads. You may not resell the song, release it on streaming services or distributors, or register it for copyright or Content ID. Ask us about other commercial use.
노래를 원하는 시간에 선물로 보낼 수 있어요?Can you send the song as a gift at a set time?
네, 무료예요. 주문서의 "노래 선물 예약 전송"에 받는 분 이메일과 보낼 시각을 적으면, 저희가 검수를 마친 노래를 그 시각에 선물 카드 링크로 보내 드려요. 받는 분 이메일은 전송에만 쓰고 보낸 뒤 지워요. 지금은 이메일로 보내요(카카오톡은 준비 중).Yes, for free. Fill in "Scheduled song gift" on the form with their e-mail and the time; we send the checked song as a gift-card link at that time. Their e-mail is used only for sending and deleted afterwards. E-mail only for now (KakaoTalk later).
