회원 이용약관

이 약관은 사이트 이용약관에 더해, 순비스튜디오(이하 "회사")의 회원 서비스에 적용됩니다. 이 약관에 없는 내용은 이용약관, 개인정보처리방침, 관련 법령을 따릅니다.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 회사가 soonbistudio.com(이하 "사이트")에서 제공하는 회원 서비스의 가입, 이용, 탈퇴에 관한 회사와 회원의 권리, 의무, 책임 사항을 정합니다.

제2조 (정의)

  1. "회원"이란 이 약관과 개인정보 수집·이용에 동의하고 사이트에 가입한 사람을 말합니다.
  2. "회원 서비스"란 로그인, 내 정보 보기, 로그인한 상태로 한 주문을 모아 보는 기능 등 회원에게 제공하는 기능을 말합니다.
  3. "비회원 주문"이란 로그인하지 않고 하는 주문을 말합니다. 회원이 아니어도 모든 상품을 주문할 수 있습니다.

제3조 (가입)

  1. 가입은 선택입니다. 가입하지 않아도 상품 주문, 노래 듣기, 문의 등 사이트의 다른 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
  2. 가입하려면 만 14세 이상이어야 하며, 이 약관과 개인정보 수집·이용에 동의해야 합니다.
  3. 가입은 구글 계정 로그인 또는 이메일 인증 코드로 합니다. 회사는 비밀번호를 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
  4. 다음의 경우 회사는 가입을 거절하거나 나중에 회원 자격을 없앨 수 있습니다.
    • 다른 사람의 이메일이나 계정을 쓴 경우
    • 만 14세 미만인 경우
    • 사이트 운영을 방해하거나 법령·이 약관을 어긴 경우

제4조 (회원 정보와 계정 관리)

  1. 회사가 받는 회원 정보와 보관 기간은 개인정보처리방침의 "1-1. 회원 정보"를 따릅니다.
  2. 회원은 자신의 구글 계정이나 이메일 계정을 다른 사람이 쓰지 않도록 관리해야 합니다. 공용 기기에서는 다 쓴 뒤 로그아웃해 주세요.
  3. 로그인 상태는 30일 동안 유지되고, 그 뒤에는 다시 로그인해야 합니다.

제5조 (회원 서비스)

  1. 회원은 내 정보에서 가입 이메일, 로그인 방법, 가입일과 로그인한 상태로 한 주문 목록을 볼 수 있습니다.
  2. 로그인하기 전에 한 주문이나 구글폼으로 보낸 주문은 회원 정보와 연결되지 않으며, 받은 안내 메일이나 듣기 링크로 확인합니다.
  3. 상품의 내용, 가격, 결제, 환불은 회원과 비회원 모두 이용약관과 환불 규정을 똑같이 따릅니다.
  4. 회원 서비스는 무료입니다.

제6조 (회원탈퇴)

  1. 회원은 언제든 내 정보 맨 아래의 [회원탈퇴]에서 바로 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 사이트 아래쪽 [회원탈퇴] 링크로도 갈 수 있습니다.
  2. 탈퇴하면 회사는 이메일, 가입일, 로그인 기록, 동의 기록, 로그인 상태, 회원과 주문의 연결을 지체 없이 지웁니다.
  3. 주문·결제 기록은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 정해진 기간 동안 회원 정보와 연결을 끊은 채 보관한 뒤 지웁니다.
  4. 탈퇴해도 진행 중인 주문의 제작, 전달, 수정, 환불은 이용약관대로 그대로 진행합니다.
  5. 로그인할 수 없어 탈퇴가 어려우면 soonbi.studio@gmail.com으로 요청하시면 본인 확인 후 10일 안에 처리합니다.

제7조 (회사의 의무)

  1. 회사는 회원 정보를 개인정보처리방침에 따라 안전하게 다루고, 회원 동의 없이 다른 목적으로 쓰거나 제3자에게 주지 않습니다.
  2. 회사는 회원 서비스를 바꾸거나 멈춰야 할 때 미리 사이트에 알립니다. 회원 서비스를 끝내는 경우 회원 정보를 지체 없이 지웁니다.

제8조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 관련 법을 어기지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있고, 바꾼 내용과 시행일을 시행일 7일 전(회원에게 불리한 경우 30일 전)부터 사이트에 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (준거법과 분쟁)

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 이용약관의 분쟁 해결 조항을 따릅니다.

Membership Terms

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

These terms apply to member services of SoonBi Studio ("we"), in addition to our Terms of Service. Anything not covered here follows the Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the rights and duties of members and of us for signing up, using and deleting an account on soonbistudio.com (the "Site").

2. Definitions

  1. A "member" is a person who agreed to these terms and to the collection and use of personal information, and signed up on the Site.
  2. "Member services" are features for members, such as logging in, viewing your account and listing orders placed while logged in.
  3. A "guest order" is an order placed without logging in. You can order every product without an account.

3. Signing up

  1. An account is optional. Ordering, listening and contacting us all work without one.
  2. You must be 14 or older and agree to these terms and to the collection and use of personal information.
  3. You sign up with a Google account or an email code. We never receive or store a password.
  4. We may refuse a sign-up or end a membership if someone uses another person's email or account, is under 14, or disrupts the Site or breaks the law or these terms.

4. Member information and your account

  1. What we collect and how long we keep it is described in section "1-1. Member information" of our Privacy Policy.
  2. Please keep your Google or email account to yourself, and log out after using a shared device.
  3. You stay logged in for 30 days, then need to log in again.

5. Member services

  1. Under My account you can see your email, login method, sign-up date and the orders you placed while logged in.
  2. Orders placed before logging in, or sent through a Google Form, are not linked to your account; please use the email or listening link we sent you.
  3. Products, prices, payment and refunds are the same for members and guests, under our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
  4. Member services are free.

6. Deleting your account

  1. You can delete your account at any time from [Delete account] at the bottom of My account. The footer also links there.
  2. We then delete your email, sign-up date, login records, agreement records, sessions and the link between your account and orders without delay.
  3. Order and payment records are kept for the periods required by Korean e-commerce law, no longer linked to you, and then deleted.
  4. Orders in progress continue as usual (making, delivery, revisions, refunds) under the Terms of Service.
  5. If you cannot log in, email soonbi.studio@gmail.com and we will delete your account within 10 days after confirming it is you.

7. Our duties

  1. We handle member information under our Privacy Policy and never use it for other purposes or give it to others without your consent.
  2. We announce on the Site before changing or stopping member services. If we end them, we delete member information without delay.

8. Changes

We may change these terms within the law, announcing the changes and effective date 7 days in advance (30 days if unfavourable to members). If you disagree, you may delete your account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes follow the dispute clause of the Terms of Service.
