순비스튜디오(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 관련 고충을 빠르게 처리하기 위해 이 방침을 둡니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목
맞춤 노래 주문서와 캐릭터 영상 주문서, 듣기 링크, 상담봇과 문의하기에서 다음 항목을 받습니다.

- 사연·가사에는 받는 분 등 다른 사람의 이름이나 이야기가 들어갈 수 있습니다. 꼭 필요한 내용만 적어 주시고, 주민등록번호·계좌번호 같은 민감한 정보는 적지 말아 주세요.
2. 처리 목적
- 주문 접수, 맞춤 노래 제작, 완성곡과 수정본 전달
- 주문 관련 연락(제작 시작, 마감일 조정, 수정 요청)
- 결제 확인, 환불, 분쟁 처리
- 이용자가 동의한 경우에 한해 완성곡을 회사 유튜브 채널에 공개
- 음성 녹음 파일: 본인 목소리로 만들기 옵션의 제작 가능 여부 확인과, 그 주문 노래 한 곡을 이용자 목소리로 만드는 데만 사용 (다른 노래·광고·AI 학습에 쓰지 않음)
- 얼굴 사진: 그 주문의 캐릭터 그림과 노래 영상을 만드는 데만 사용 (다른 작품·광고·AI 학습에 쓰지 않음)
- 듣기 링크 기록: 미리듣기·확정·수정 요청·다운로드 처리와 수정 요청 알림
- 후기: 이용자가 직접 남기고 회사가 승인한 경우에만 이름을 가려 사이트에 게시
- 상담봇 대화: 질문에 답하기, 같은 사람의 과도한 이용 제한(하루 횟수), 답변 품질 확인과 오류 개선. AI 학습에는 쓰지 않습니다

3. 보유 기간과 파기
- 주문 정보는 계약 이행(완성곡 전달과 수정 완료) 후, 아래 법정 기간 동안만 보관하고 지체 없이 파기합니다 (「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」).
- 계약 또는 청약철회에 관한 기록: 5년
- 대금 결제와 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁 처리에 관한 기록: 3년
- 가사·사연 원문과 받는 분 이름은 수정 기간이 끝난 날부터 [30]일 뒤 파기합니다. 다만 채널 공개에 동의한 곡의 가사는 공개 기간 동안 보관합니다. [대표 결정 필요: 보관 기간]
- 음성 녹음 파일과 그것으로 만든 목소리 모델은 완성곡 전달 후 30일 안에 모두 파기합니다. 제작이 어렵다고 안내했거나 주문이 취소되면 바로 파기합니다. [법률 검토 필요: 목소리가 생체인식정보에 해당하는지, 별도 동의 필요 여부]
- 얼굴 사진과 그것으로 만든 중간 결과물은 완성 영상 전달 후 30일 안에 모두 파기합니다. 주문이 취소되면 바로 파기합니다. [법률 검토 필요: 얼굴 사진의 처리 근거와 별도 동의 필요 여부]
- 듣기 링크는 마지막 전달 후 30일이 지나면 닫히고, 그 주문의 드라이브 폴더(미리듣기본·완성곡·반주)는 그 뒤 7일 안에 삭제하며, 링크 기록(수정 요청 내용 포함)은 그 뒤 7일 안에 자동으로 지워집니다.
- 캐릭터 영상 주문서 접수 기록은 접수 후 1년이 지나면 자동으로 지워집니다. 계약이 이뤄진 주문은 위 법정 기간 동안 보관합니다. [법률 검토 필요]
- 상담봇 대화 기록은 30일 동안 보관한 뒤 자동으로 지워집니다.
- 문의 기록(이름·이메일·문의 내용·상담봇 대화)은 접수 후 1년이 지나면 자동으로 지워집니다. 삭제를 요청하시면 바로 지웁니다.
- 후기는 사이트에 게시하는 동안 보관하고, 이용자가 삭제를 요청하면 바로 지웁니다.
- 전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지우고, 종이 기록은 분쇄합니다.
4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우는 예외입니다.
5. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전

- 상담봇은 Cloudflare Workers AI에서 공개 AI 모델로 답을 만듭니다. 질문 내용만 보내고, 이름·이메일·주문 정보는 보내지 않습니다. 상담봇 대화창에 이름·연락처·주문 정보 같은 개인정보를 적지 말아 주세요(주문 관련 문의는 [문의하기]로 남겨 주세요).
- AI 도구에는 노래를 만드는 데 꼭 필요한 가사·사연 내용만 넣고, 주문자 이름·연락처는 넣지 않습니다.
- 국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 주문하지 않으실 수 있으나, 이 경우 서비스 제공이 어렵습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
- 이용자는 언제든 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. [email protected]으로 요청하시면 10일 안에 처리합니다.
- 채널 업로드에 동의했더라도 언제든 내려 달라고 요청할 수 있고, 회사는 지체 없이 내립니다. 후기도 언제든 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 만 14세 미만 아동의 주문은 받지 않습니다.
7. 안전성 확보 조치
- 주문 정보는 2단계 인증이 켜진 회사 계정에만 보관하고, 접근할 수 있는 사람을 대표자로 제한합니다. [대표 확인 필요: 회사 구글 계정 2단계 인증]

Your story or lyrics may include other people's names or stories. Please include only what is needed and never sensitive data such as ID or bank account numbers.
2. Why we use it
- To receive orders, make custom songs and deliver songs and revisions
- To contact you about your order
- To confirm payments, process refunds and handle disputes
- To publish your song on our YouTube channel, only if you agreed
- Voice recordings: only to check whether the own-voice option works and to make that one song in your voice (never for other songs, advertising or AI training)
- Face photos: only to make the character illustration and song video for that order (never for other works, advertising or AI training)
- Listening page records: previews, confirmation, revision requests, downloads and revision notifications
- Reviews: posted with a masked name only if you wrote one and we approved it
- Chat bot conversations: to answer you, to limit excessive use (daily limits), and to check and improve answer quality. Never used for AI training
- Inquiries: to read and answer you by email
3. Retention and deletion
Order information is kept only for the periods required by Korean e-commerce law and then deleted without delay:
- Contract and cancellation records: 5 years
- Payment and delivery records: 5 years
- Complaint and dispute records: 3 years
Voice recordings and any voice model made from them are deleted within 30 days after delivery, or immediately if the option does not work or the order is cancelled. [Legal review needed]
Face photos and intermediate results made from them are deleted within 30 days after delivery, or immediately if the order is cancelled. [Legal review needed]
Listening links close 30 days after the latest delivery and the order's Drive folder (preview, song, instrumental) is deleted within 7 days after that; link records (including revision text) disappear automatically within 7 days after that. Character video order records are deleted automatically 1 year after submission, except contracted orders kept for the legal periods above. Reviews are kept while posted and deleted on request. Chat bot conversations are deleted automatically after 30 days. Inquiry records (name, email, message, chat) are deleted automatically 1 year after submission, or right away on request.
Original lyrics, stories and recipient names are deleted [30] days after the revision period ends, except lyrics of songs you agreed to publish, which are kept while the song is public. [Owner decision needed]
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your information with third parties, except when required by law.

The chat bot creates answers with an open AI model on Cloudflare Workers AI. Only your question is sent, never your name, email or order details. Please do not type personal information in the chat; for questions about your order, use the contact form.
We put only the lyrics and story content needed to make the song into AI tools, never your name or contact. If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you may choose not to order, but we cannot provide the Service in that case.
6. Your rights
You may ask to view, correct, delete or stop processing your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 10 days. You may also ask us to take down a published work or delete your review at any time, and we do so without delay. We do not accept orders from children under 14.
7. Security
Order information is kept only in company accounts protected by two-step verification, accessible only to the owner. [Owner to confirm] The site uses HTTPS only.
