If you want it without the logo, tell us before the final version is confirmed.

• 4분 30초가 넘는 노래: 1분마다 +20,000원Songs longer than 4:30: +₩20,000 per extra minute
• 새로 만든 노래 다시 뽑기(변경): 1번 무료, 그 뒤로는 +15,000원에 2번 추가Re-generating (changing) the new song: once free, then +₩15,000 for 2 more
• 빠른 제작(Fast Pass): 주말 포함 3일 안, +100,000원
  한 주에 1건만 받아요. 3일을 못 지키면 100,000원을 돌려드려요Fast Pass: within 3 days including weekends, +₩100,000
  Only 1 order a week. If we miss the 3 days, we return the ₩100,000

최종 금액·포함 내용·전달일은 견적 메일로 먼저 보내 드려요.
견적에 동의하고 결제하셔야 주문이 이루어지고,

어떤 영상인가요What is it?

• 노래에 맞춘 실사풍 AI 영상이에요.A live-action-style AI video made to a song.
• 노래는 새로 만들어 드리는 노래(기본 가격에 1곡 포함), 손님이 권리를 가진 노래(직접 만든 곡, 순비스튜디오 맞춤 노래)
  또는 순비뮤직 노래로 해요.
  가수 음원이나 다른 사람의 곡(커버)은 받지 않아요.The song is a new song we make for you (one is included in the base price), one you hold the rights to (your own song, or a custom song from us)
  or a soonbi MUSIC song.
  We do not take singers' recordings or other people's songs (covers).
• 이 영상의 인물과 장면은 AI로 만든 가상 인물·장면이에요.
  끝 화면의 'AI로 만든 가상 인물입니다' 문구는 지우지 않는 조건으로 드려요.The people and scenes are AI-made virtual people and scenes.
  It is delivered on the condition that the "AI-made virtual people" line on the end screen is not removed.

사진과 동의Photos and consent

• 사진에 나오는 살아 있는 분은 한 분 한 분
  회사의 동의 링크에서 직접 동의해 주셔야 해요.
  주문하신 분이 대신 동의할 수 없어요.
  동의가 온 뒤에 사진을 받아요.Every living person in the photos must agree
  themselves through our consent link.
  The person ordering cannot agree for them.
  We receive photos only after the consent arrives.
• 선물 받으실 분을 닮은 인물을 넣으려면 그분의 동의가 먼저 필요해서
  깜짝 선물이 되지 않아요.
  깜짝 선물이면 그분은 가상 인물이나 뒷모습으로 만들어요.To include someone who looks like the recipient, we need their consent first,
  so it cannot be a surprise.
  For a surprise, the recipient becomes a virtual person or is shown from behind.
• 지금 만 14세가 되지 않은 분의 사진은 받지 않아요.
  아이 장면은 누구와도 닮지 않은 가상 인물로 만들어요.
  어른이 된 분의 어린 시절 사진은 그분 본인 동의로 쓸 수 있어요.We do not take photos of anyone now under 14.
  Children in the video are virtual people who look like no one.
  Childhood photos of someone now an adult can be used with that person's own consent.
• 돌아가신 분의 사진은 가족이 보내 주시고, 다른 가족이 반대하지 않는지 확인해 주세요.
  고인의 명예를 해치는 장면은 만들지 않고, 가족 중 누가 반대하시면 그분은 가상 인물로 바꿔요.Photos of someone who has passed away are sent by a family member, after checking no other family member objects.
  We never make scenes that harm their honor, and if any family member objects, that person becomes a virtual person.
• 사진은 이 상담 칸에 올리지 마세요. 상담 뒤 따로 받아요.Please do not send photos with this request. We receive them after the consultation.

이렇게 진행해요How it works

3. 견적 메일 확인·동의 → 결제Accept the quote e-mail → payment
4. 사진 속 분들 동의 → 사진·자료 보내기Consent from the people in the photos → send photos and materials
5. 닮은 인물 시안 확인 → 미리보기 → 수정(5번까지) → 완성Look-alike draft → preview → revisions (up to 5) → final

받는 방법과 쓸 수 있는 곳Delivery and allowed use

• 원본 파일은 주문하신 분에게만 보기·받기 링크로 드려요.The original files go only to the person who ordered, through a view and download link.
• 선물 받으실 분께는, 그분이 직접 알림톡 수신에 동의하고 번호를 적은 경우에만
  보기 전용 링크(내려받기 없음, 30일)를 한 번 보내 드려요.
  그 밖에는 주문하신 분이 직접 전해 주세요.The recipient gets a view-only link (no download, 30 days) by KakaoTalk once,
  only if they agree to it themselves and enter their own number.
  Otherwise, please hand it over yourself.
• 원본은 마지막 전달 뒤 30일 동안 다시 받을 수 있어요.
  회사는 참고 사진·중간 결과물을 완성본 확정 뒤 7일 안에,
  완성 원본 사본을 마지막 전달 뒤 37일 안에 지워요.You can download the originals again for 30 days after the last delivery.
  We delete reference photos and work in progress within 7 days after the final version is confirmed,
  and our copy of the originals within 37 days after the last delivery.
• 할 수 있어요: 내 기기에 저장해 보기, 가족·지인과 함께 보기You may: keep it on your devices and watch it with family and friends
• 주문하신 분이 가족 등 한 사람에게 파일을 직접 전해 주는 건 괜찮아요.
  (그분도 인터넷에 올리면 안 돼요)You may hand the file directly to one person, such as a family member.
  (They may not post it on the internet either.)
• 결혼식·생일·추모식 등 오프라인 행사장에서 상영할 수 있어요.
  인터넷 생중계나 녹화해서 올리는 것은 안 돼요.You may show it at offline events such as weddings, birthdays and memorial services.
  Live-streaming it or posting a recording of it is not allowed.
• 행사장에서 상영할 때는 찍거나 올리지 말아 달라고 미리 알려 주세요.
  그래도 다른 분이 찍어 올린 것을 알게 되면 그분께 내려 달라고 부탁해 주시고 회사에도 알려 주세요. 회사도 내림 요청을 도와요.
  미리 알리고 내림 요청에 협조하셨다면, 다른 분이 올린 것만으로 주문하신 분이 책임지지는 않아요. 회사 잘못으로 생긴 일은 회사가 책임져요.When you show it at an event, please ask guests in advance not to film or post it.
  If you still find that someone filmed and posted it, please ask them to take it down and let us know. We help with the take-down request too.
  If you told guests in advance and helped with the take-down, you are not responsible just because someone else posted it. Anything caused by our fault is ours.
• 할 수 없어요: 위 SNS 조건 밖의 인터넷 게시, 누구나 열 수 있는 링크 공유,
  단체 채팅방에 올리기, 판매·상업적 이용You may not: post it on the internet outside the social media conditions above, share a link anyone can open,
  post it in group chats, or sell it or use it commercially
• 조건을 어기면 회사가 게시물을 내려 달라고 요청할 수 있고, 바로 내려 주셔야 해요.
  바로 내리지 않으면 회사는 이용 허락을 거둘 수 있고, 이때 받은 금액은 돌려드리지 않아요.
  회사에 실제 손해가 생기면 배상을 청구할 수 있어요.If the conditions are broken, we may ask you to take the post down and you must do so at once.
  If not, we may withdraw the permission to use it, without refunding the payment.
  If we suffer actual damage, we may claim compensation.

환불Refunds

새로 만든 노래가 들어 있어도 이 기준은 견적 금액 전체에 적용해요.
취소하시면 받은 사진을 바로 지워요. 이미 Google Flow·OpenAI로 보낸 사본은 그 회사의 보관 기간 동안 남을 수 있어요.These rules apply to the whole quoted amount, even if a new song is included.
If you cancel, we delete the photos at once. Copies already sent to Google Flow or OpenAI may remain for their retention periods.
